We are an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) company who provides evidence-based therapy to teach individual skills (communication, socialization, self-care, community and safety skills) which are necessary to succeed at home, school and community.
A research-based ABA therapy helps individual learn and develop a new skill until mastery is achieved. It helps maintain the mastery, until it gets generalized with variety of people and settings. ABA helps the individual to increase socially acceptable behaviour and to decrease unwanted or socially unacceptable behaviour.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst : BCBA
The candidate must have at least 3 years working experience in the field of ABA and have held a BCBA credential.

We are looking for a candidate highly experienced in the following areas:
- Verbal Behavior (Essential)
- NET
- Early intervention (Ages 20 months- 4 years)
- Superb Interpersonal skills
- Assessment experience (VB-MAPP, Vineland in particular)
- Parent Training
- Supervise ABA programs for caseload of clients including the management of Case.
- Supervisors and Direct ABA Therapist, Ensure proper use of central reach data collection system and proper implementation of programs, Coordinate community outings and gatherings for staff/clients.
- Daily Tasks include: In-Home Assessments, Designing Treatment Plans, Parent Training, Team Building and Development: Meeting and Collaborating with other professionals ( BCaBa, RBT) conducting clinical meetings etc.
- Develop and implement positive behavior plans and strategies specific to the setting in which therapy is occurring.
- Implement audit and evaluation tools to assess clinical services.
- Provide supervision of supervisor on a monthly basis with some hour dedicated to direct observation of the supervisor performing behavioral analytic (it may vary as per insurance requirement).
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, chart progress and provide parent coaching.
- Conduct initial assessment and provide progress reports as needed.
- Provide interactive and lecture based bi-monthly staff training; includes new staff orientation and coordination of shadowing/hands on training.
- Conduct annual review of new hire orientation and training materials and revise according to most recent research and assigning learning modules to Team (Therapist, RBT, BCaBA) from our Central reach learning library.
- Participate in quarterly staff evaluation and performance feedback sessions (It may Vary as needed)
- Update online file sharing with relevant clinical tools (e.g. data collection sheets, assessment material, etc.)
- Responsible for meeting billable hour requirements set forth to provide efficient and effective services
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Track direct and indirect hours; Cover sessions, as needed, if therapist or case supervisor cancels.
- Preparing for audit (Taking notes, signing, guiding team to follow as well)

Therapist
- High School diploma or equivalent, AA degree (or must be in progress)
- Valid Drivers' license and car insurance (driving is required), CPR/first aid
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass Live Scan
- Must be computer literate, dependable, organized, very detail-oriented, and have flexible availability
- Drive a minimum of 30-45 miles from your location
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with all levels of staff, the general public and the people we support.
- Ability to work in the home, school and clinical settings
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Must have good leadership skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field experience a plus!
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
- Must be self-motivated, possess high energy

- Follow a treatment plan that has been developed by the BCBA / clinical team.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure therapeutic recommendations are incorporated into the client’s program.
- Attend monthly mandatory training.
We train and certify ALL team members to become Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Work one-on-one with kids with special needs/ developmental disabilities.
- Multiple positions available working any time from 8:00am-8:30pm as per your availability.

- Work with kids in their home environment with a focus on activities they naturally do (play!)

- Eligible to earn Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
